Terri Scholting

A native of Nebraska, born in Omaha, Terri has extensive knowledge of the different cities, counties and neighborhoods where she's worked her business & built relationships. She originally grew up in Sarpy County, graduated from Papillion-LaVista High School & moved to Cass County which became "HOME" more than 40 years ago. She has been involved in Cass, Sarpy and Douglas County communities for many years as a business leader. She is well known and has served on many boards. To name a few... Midlands Community Foundation, Ash Grove Citizen's Advisory Committee, Louisville B.U.I.L.D. (Businesses United in Louisville's Development) President, Louisville Housing Agency Secretary, Southern Oaks/West Sand Hill Road Homeowner's Association-President. Terri has built a reputation for providing outstanding customer care in business for over 28 years and has proven that she has the ability to provide her clients with answers they need in order to help them make the right decision in finding their dream home. She also assists sellers by leading them through a smooth & stress free process during the entire sale of their home from start to finish. It's all about the client... Terri does everything she can to find what works best for them. Terri is a problem solver who loves to help and will go the extra mile to be sure everyone is taken care of. Terri has been married for 48 years, she has two married children and four grandsons. She loves spending time with her family at her cabin along the Platte River and Cedar Creek Lakes. She is passionate about ridsing early six days a week to exercise with her kickboxing gym mates, she loves baking apple pies in the fall & is a loyal fan of the Nebraska college football team "GO Huskers!".
